It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchases, or for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you can return the product for an exchange or store credit.
As per our policy, no returns are offered on any product that is delivered in the best of condition.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we urge the customer to contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we will re-fulfill your order upon verification. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 5-7 working days, after we receive the damaged product back to us.
As we use Genuine Gemstones, slight variation in color is considered acceptable.
In the event of an size exchange, the customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item and we will be covering the shipping costs on sending the new item(s) back to you.
How to start the exchange?
Please email us at info@yotreasure.co.in and we will provide you with the Exchange instructions.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Your item(s) must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging accompanied by the tag and the packaging box.
- After we have provided you with the return address, please return your item(s) within three (3) working days and share the receipt with us. Item(s) returned after three days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
NOTE: Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted & no exchange will be initiated in this case.
