At YoTreasure, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewellery. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on plating for all our sterling silver pieces. This includes free replating to keep your jewellery looking as radiant as the day you received it.
How to Initiate a Replating Service
If your jewelry ever needs replating under our lifetime plating warranty, here’s how you can get it serviced:
1. Reach Out to Us
Email us at info@yotreasure.co.in with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
2. Shipping Instructions
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.
- Please pack the item securely to avoid any transit damage.
3. Pay the Shipping Fee
- The replating service is completely free.
- You only need to pay a ₹100 shipping fee.
- We will share a QR code that you can scan to make the payment easily.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will complete the necessary service and ship it back to you within 7–10 working days.
- Return shipping (from us back to you) is covered by us.
Note
- Non-sterling silver items are not eligible for replating.
- This warranty does not cover accidental damage, gemstone replacement, or items altered by a third party.
