Return & Store Credit
Items returned within the 14-day window will be eligible for store credit.
- Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The credit will be issued as a coupon code that can be used at checkout for future purchases on our website.
- Store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Orders placed using store credit cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded in the form of store credit.
- Sale, discounted, and coupon-based items are not eligible for return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Email us at info@yotreasure.co.in within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Once our team shares the return address, please ship the item within the next few working days and share the shipping receipt.
- Shipping: Return the package using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store Credit Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases on our website
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange is allowed only for ring size issues.
- Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
- Sale, discounted, and coupon-based items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Email us at info@yotreasure.co.in to request a ring size exchange.
- Once our team shares the return address, please ship the item within 3 working days and share the shipping receipt.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Once we get the item and check it, we’ll send you the new ring size in 5–7 working days.
Size Exchange Shipping Responsibility
- The customer bears the return shipping cost for sending the item back.
- We will cover the shipping cost of sending the corrected ring size back to you.
Note: Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted, and no exchange will be initiated.
1-Year Warranty
We stand by the quality of our jewellery! YoTreasure offers a 1-year warranty on all silver items
- If your piece requires replating within a year of purchase, we will provide this service free of charge.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
- Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will be eligible for store credit only.
- COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at info@yotreasure.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include photos and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
The correct product will be delivered within 5–7 working days after we receive the damaged item.
Color & Variation Disclaimer
As we use genuine gemstones, slight variations in color are considered natural and acceptable.
